Hint: Scorpio: Killer combo:
You must have Scorpio's boost move "Flame Drill"
to execute this. First, find a large group of enemies. Once they
close in, begin by using your special attack, namely, Scorpio's
hand-to-hand moves, by pressing Triangle to "prime"
as many enemies as you can. After priming them, press Triangle
five to seven times, then execute Flame Drill after the fifth
or seventh attack. The eighth attack will be too slow to finish
and you will lose your hit combo. This will result in lots of
hits, and on top of that, your Fury Drive will be almost, if not
fully, charged. When you have full Fury Drive, do a few more priming
attacks, then a Flame Drill and immediately afterit ends, execute
your Fury Drive move and mow the enemies down. This is an easy
way to get over 400 hits so your experience multiplier will max
out, and you will be immortal for a short time.


Hint: Defeating Lark and Brumble:
When you are playing in the map of Lark, you need to
defeat Lark and Brumble. An easier way to win is to attract Brumble
but not Lark to your player first. It will be easier to kill them
one by one.


Hint: Easy kills:
In a Squad or Battalion, first kill the leader (Guard
Captain, Commander, etc.). After that, the lower soldiers will
no longer fight. Some of them will drop themselves into the ground,
and you can kill them with a single strike or shot.


Hint: Easy experience:
Go to Free Battle mode. The Red Minatour is recommended.
On the Storm On The Great Plains level, you can try to fight Iron
Ox. Go to this level and equip Fury Quencher, Jewel Of Rage and
Fury Soul. When Iron Ox comes through the gate, prime him (use
Triangle) then use your Fury move. This should do lots
of damage. Run away and get your Fury back up (Prime then hit
them). A faster way is to let yourself get hit as the Jewel Of
Rage. This boosts the Fury percent that you get by 300. Be careful
though, as this is risky. Keep using Fury on Iron Ox. When you
have killed Iron Ox, you will not notice your experience increasing.
However, when you have killed Irdene and completed the level you
will get a bonus 18,000 experience points. You will also get all
the experience from soldiers, commanders, Irdene, etc.


Hint: Unlimited experience and treasure
chest:
In some stages there is a big gate, cave, or some other
feature blocked by a squad of Footsoldiers and lead by a Guard
Captain. You cannot enter that area. Let the Footsoldiers come
to you. Kill them but do not get any closer to the Guard Captain
because he will also come to you. The Footsoldiers will keep coming
out of that area as long as you are not killing the Guard Captain.
You can kill as many soldiers as desired for experience. The best
character to use for this is Ladybutterfly. Stand in front of
that area (but not too close to the Captain). Shoot as many soldiers
as desired and gain experience. If you reach 400 hits of combo
or the rank "Master", one Treasure Chest will be awarded.
This also works also on other character as long as you are not
killing the Captain. For best results, equip with Sage Hairpin,
Ground Killer Gauntlets or Spartan Blaze. Note: You must finish
the stage to get all the experience and Treasure Chests earned.



Hint: Devil May Cry references:

Other than the fact that the game's title is done
in the same fashion as Devil May Cry, there are a few more
references. For example, when you find the Rally Horn item and
equip it, the new battle music you hear is actually battle music
from the original Devil May Cry. Also, the Devil King wielding
a longsword and shotgun are a reference to the weapons that Dante
uses in Devil May Cry. Also, Venus' special move called
Guiding Light is also a reference to a key in Devil May Cry,
which drains the players life while it is held.



Hint: Star Wars reference:

When fighting Q-Ball, you will occasionally hear
him say: "I find your lack of faith disturbing." This
is a line from the original Star Wars trilogy, said by
Darth Vader.
